Cons
Head of management at least when I worked there was very cult-like. If that's your thing, go for it. Co-workers would clock each other out hours in advance, and once they decide they don't like you anymore, they would use that information to get you fired. They did it to a friend of mine. That being said who knows what other ways they are taking advantage of the system.
