Pros

I have worked for small companies, large companies and in between. No place is perfect, but I can truly say I found my happy place here at APS. APS has a great team environment that is small enough that everyone feels like family. Almost all team members are passionate about the company and providing amazing service. There is opportunity for growth for the company and the individuals. The atmosphere is laid back and we are not micro managed which makes it nice. Much effort is exerted to make everyone feel welcome and have fun. There are lots of opportunities to socialize and do some teambuilding.

Cons

You can see from some of the negative reviews on here that some of the employees are toxic and like to spread negativity - they need to go somewhere else to find their happy place. Its quite obvious they haven't worked at too many other companies, because TRUST ME - this place is great! Grass isn't always greener - go see for yourself. And if you are that unhappy, talk to someone first before spreading toxic comments all over the web.

Pros

Not typically micromanaged, schedule flexibility, for the employees actually doing their jobs with some form of quality and ethics, they are great to work with.

Cons

Poor work quality accountability, leadership is trying to move in too many directions at once so processes and procedures are not enforced. Oh the nepotism, yes... it is present at APS, it is a HUGE issue when that factor causes management to overlook the failings when tasks and projects are assigned not on ability or true relative work experience but based on favoritism and familial relationship status to management. Expectations are not based on the actual job role across the board but individually and if management "likes" you and your level if being a "yes man" drinking the company culture koolaid benefits their agenda Seems to be a common theme of Sales running the show, promising things that can't be delivered on due to system limitations or just the typical "say whatever it takes to get the deal" and let the service side try to fix a cluster in Implementation and Support.
