      they have insurance and retirement plans but the sick time and PTO are considered the same

      Cons

      they give promises but rarely promote form within - never had a 6 month evaluation and was denied promotions because they had no one to fill the spot I would leave

      Management is transparent about moves being made within the company, and manager and HR are very easy to talk to.

      Cons

      Work load can fluctuate drastically from week to week.

      The pto is great and you dont get dirty

      Cons

      Pay is terrible if your not in with certain people you will not make it anywhere in the company.
