Good learning experience, free coffee, colleagues are friendly

Management has little regards for your wishes or initial job description you signed for and will stick data engineers in pure data analyst missions for years at a time. In fact I think most of the missions are in data analyst roles despite the company hiring no data analysts. -There are also little benefits besides pay (which is average), no rtt and a near useless CE. -There is an informal salary ceiling at 49k€/year if you're not manager

Great environment, interesting projects. Can have a decent increment if we negotiate well
