      Good pay, caring management, healthy work environment.

      Cons

      Somehow always losing people, more due to the job itself and lack of longevity, not actual AVC. No opportunities to advance. We sold to corporate 3 years ago.

      Owners truly care about their staff. Owners are invested in seeing their staff grow and develop their skills. Patient care is very good. Team is like a family

      Pros

      Good protocols and SOP. Soda fountain for staff.

      Cons

      Management that doesn't listen well. Pay is low for the area. Many Doctors are difficult to get along with. No Bonus and small raises. Little to no training for advancement and skill building; even when advocating for yourself. Insurance is quite expensive for so so coverage.
