Easy Team to Work With. Company HR and Security personnel are extremely professional and responsive. Excellent salary. Allowed to perform the contract work with no interference. Good 401K opportunity.

Would like Advancia to help with college courses related to the position. Would like to be able to earn more vacation days with increased time with the company.

Advancia had a relaxed environment that helped relieve a lot of stress. If I needed to run to the bank, had a doctor's appointment, or run an errand I could do so without trying to cram everything into my lunch hour or taking time off. Everyone from the upper levels of corporate management to contract employees were always extremely nice and helpful with anything I needed. When a contract ended they always did everything they could to retain their employees and put them to work on any new contracts that came up which I thought was awesome. They cared a lot about their employees and helped me a lot with my professional career.

On a few occasions in my down time I got pulled into doing things that weren't really in my job description. I didn't really mind it, but it's the only real con I can think of.
