Pros
It's a company that bonds well. Easy to settle in and the rewards are there. You're also not scrutinized for walking away for business - they aren't that desperate for a bit of cash. Some people may have bad experiences but that happens everywhere. The teams were happy, if there was anybody unhappy it was very easy to approach. Also career progression and rewarded with pay rises was a benefit.
Cons
With the large variety of projects and products on offer, it's easy to get confused and feel like there is a lot going on. If you're not keen to do some travelling for trade shows, meetings, etc then that would be a con for you.
