Pros
The people are amazing, but I think you can say that at most places. What really stood out to me was their commitment to having a solid reputation of transparent and fair. Advice to new hires: have a voracious appetite for learning your role and be ready to hit the ground running. Your opportunities will be infinite if you do.
Cons
Very little! I would say the only con I saw would be driving through rush hour. But that’s going to be most places if you aren’t nearby. The management team will really work with you if they know you are committed. For recruiters and AMs you will likely work before/after and over lunch a decent amount. That’s to be expected in the industry, but if you aren’t able or willing to do that then you will have a hard time. I did talk to other recruiting agencies and wholly believe Advantage Tech is going to be far more reasonable and balanced than many competitors.
