      Pros

      Unlimited hours of overtime, if you want them, they will give you 80+ hours a week

      Cons

      Pay sucks if you are placed at an account that doesn't tip well. No consideration for a work/family balance Managers are lazy and only come to your aid when things are completely out of control I could go on and on
