The staff make Advantex! The atmosphere is light and friendly. The management are supportive and empathetic and there is a drive to always be the best in your field. All technical staff are on Personal Development Plans, yes there are training agreements in place, but when Advantex invest so heavily in training the costs are high and the business does have a requirement to protect this investment...I personally don't think this is unreasonable. If you want to work for a company that will support you, help you grow in your career and expand your experience. This is the place for you!
