      1. Less workload (the have only less projects) 2. You can make managers fool (They dont have technical skill) 3. working hours are flexible

      Cons

      1. Top level managers are always busy in internal fighting. 2. You may fire anytime without extra pay not without any reason. 3. They dont care what is your skill you may get any types of projects (to funny), PHP developers are working on Zoho, JAVA guys are working on salsforce. 4. Managers are living their life luck by chance here :)
