Digital Marketing Analyst - Digital Marketing Analyst Advenser Employee Review

Micromanagement within team, I left the company for not being able to cope to the Digital Marketing Manager, the person micromanages, has no respect for personal space, intrudes a lot into it and is a credit stealer. The person tries to discord divide within the team for her own personal agendas and is a credit monger. The top management turns a blind eye on the situation, do not know the reason for the same, would not recommend getting into DM. Hikes are basic and not worth the tasks burden undertaken.
