Poor organization - Anonymous employee AdventHealth Corporate Employee Review

PDO (paid time off) is virtually nonexistent, no holiday pay - that is part of the "overall" PDO bank which is inadequate as it is, benefits are extremely poor especially the health insurance, if you ask a question of HR they will give you a pat answer or no answer at all, advancement seems to be only for those who are either a) part of the Adventist faith or b) a family member of a big shot, raises are almost nonexistent.
