Pros
1.) Coworkers care about your well being. 2.) Benefits: Extensive network of providers and facilities. 3.) Every meeting begins with prayer. 4.) Flexibility: the AHS system is so big you can easily transition from facility to facility without losing tenure perks.
Cons
1.) No well enforced call out policy, so habitually late people are rarely disciplined. 2.) Raises and bonuses are equal across the board so high and low performers receive the same. No extrinsic motivation to do better. 3.) Five year no ladder 401(k) vesting program...not very competitive in this market. 4.) Cafeteria is not open for night shift.
