Everything was great at that store

Pay wasn’t the greatest thing

Gear discount, beautiful store, nice co workers

Management is disastrous and is taking this place down the hole. Anger and passive aggressive attitude are common business. They seem to hate their job and threat their employees with very little respect. This attitude radically changes whenever the CEO/owner pays a visit to the LA store. As soon as he leaves, it's hell all over again. They are responsible for the very high employee turnover. I wouldn't be surprised if a lawsuit was brought upon the business as a result. If I remember well, I was deemed "not competent enough" to work on the floor and was assigned to the cashier for several weeks. As soon as I started selling on the floor, I was responsible for the highest sales' numbers among all employees. That's what I call poor judgement from the upper management...
