My favorite part about working for MyAdvice is the career growth opportunity and specialized coaching I receive. As much as I love my job, I also love the work/life balance I enjoy too!

Nothing to add here. No company is perfect, but MyAdvice does an excellent job!

Work from home environment. Amazing team lead whom was the only reason I stayed for.

Terrible upper management. A lot of turn over. Re-orgs that just didn't make sense and put employees in terrible situations. Forced customer success to be sales people. The sales team is terrible and would lie to customers to get them to sign deal and then customer success would be stuck with unhappy clients who felt lied to and pressured by the sales team to sign up for services they did not want/need.
