Thank you for your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the lunches and company events. As you’ve experienced, we put a lot of effort into providing numerous employee benefits and fostering a healthy culture for all our team members. However, to take specific action regarding your feedback about areas of improvement, we need more detailed information. Simply stating that it’s ‘toxic’ doesn’t give us enough to work with.
