The company puts in effort to make sure that we are interacting with colleagues from each department in every single one of our offices around the world. We get to travel to our Amsterdam headquarters from the US, to be a part of the hustle in our largest office. We're encouraged to work with employees and merchants from other parts of the country, and we're constantly given opportunities for professional growth through workshops and training sessions. It is so refreshing to work at a company that follows through with what they say during the hiring process! It's a plus that Adyen is a really fun place to work and has tons of perks. Management works hard to make sure employees understand that they are in charge of their own career. We are given the tools to work hard and move up in the company, or into other departments if that's what we'd prefer.
