Pros
I have no time off for the last 5.5 years however I grows in this company from sales person into costumer management and complaint resolutions. The personal growth and friendships are really great because they are multi cultural and relax and promotions and personal reviews are conducted fairly each year.
Cons
Training are done on each day basis and benefits are given such as lunches and vouchers and also Kudos. It is a vibrant atmosphere.
