      Pros

      Great pay; tons of opportunity to stand out. Has become very DEI conscious (pro if you fit into one of the categories). Very much a 9-5 clock in; clock out.

      Cons

      Lots of bureaucracy. Frequent backstabbing for too few promotions. Not a lot of incentive to go above and beyond. Anyone who's good doesn't stick around for long. Bogged down by a lot of legacy IT systems.
