Pros
I enjoyed the company of my coworkers and even my bosses. My team leaders were especially amazing and left a lasting impression on me. It's a small company that promotes from within, so if you impress your manager you can get promoted within months. Management was decent and very approachable. After a probationary period, you can make use of flex time to come in and leave early.
Cons
The work itself is dull but requires some attention to detail. Pay is decent. If you're not impressing your managers, you'll probably be stuck in your position for a while. Promotions only go to people who are doing the most work with the fewest errors.
