Pros

Company provides a niche distribution model in the military aerospace aftermarket Some long tenured employees with a great knowledge of this particular market Office facilities are okay

Cons

-Weak minded executive leadership team, which has proved detrimental to organization growth and has resulted in close to 50% employee turnover in the last year -Upper management afraid to make decisions which elongates and derails progress and momentum... Scared money don’t make money -Upper management working at an aerospace company with minimal to zero aerospace experience -Upper management has failed to grasp the intricacies of the customer base and failed to identify the main drivers preventing growth in the company. You have had over a year to get this industry and have proved unable perform -Constantly changing procedures and policies which has resulted in a higher administrative burden, management often can’t decide what they really want to achieve -Employees openly mock the lack of credibility of senior leadership, which has become a distraction, impeding company growth and resulting in a loss of productivity -Company has had a history of management issues, but current executive leadership, brought in by private equity owner in 2018 has proved to be a complete disaster

Pros

I love coming to work each day, lots of friendly faces. Executive team is great at team building and encouraging us to want to work AND have fun. Flexible when needed as long as work gets done. We get some sort of extra all the time; cookies, ice cream, infused waters, free lunch once a month, encouragement to get out and be healthy, contests for team building. I have been in the work force for 26 years and haven't worked for a better company. **many of the reviews I read on here are ex-employees who were let go for their own bad behaviors, it always goes both ways and it is human nature to blame the other guy for what is wrong**

Cons

Some Middle Managers don't give credit or praise, but the receive credit for your job well done. BUT that happens in any company. Another thing that happens out in Corporate America is Middle Managers to Director level talking down to employees their own or other departments. I know the Exec team is working on turning this culture around. Leadership members have a monthly meeting to encourage personal/managerial growth. They have recognized an area that needs improvement and have started working toward that end.
