Pros
Monday through Friday schedule. Best thing I ever did was leave.
Cons
Everything. Upper management is terrible. There’s no direction. No leadership. Nobody knows anything. This entire company is a ticking time bomb. People are quitting left and right.. ever think to question MANAGEMENT for this? Management loves to put blame on people for things they didn’t do and don’t have control over. Extremely toxic work environment. No room for growth. TERRIBLE pay and “raises”. Nothing good comes from this company. They will sell you a dream when you get hired only to find out it’s absolute hell. If I could give -5 star review I would. Benefits suck too. The entirety of the company is trash. They don’t care about you. Constantly threatening your job. Who wants to come in to work everyday worrying if they will have a job by the end of the day???
