AeroKool just went through a lot of changes. We had a lot of toxic employees and I’m happy to say that those days are now behind us. We have a stronger team. A team that cares for each other and the company. We have a new management team that’s taking the company where it needs to be. AeroKool offers great benefits & they are flexible with your hours. Family environment.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say. AeroKool has given me the opportunity to grow. I have learned so much in the past 5 years. We are a family here and I’m happy to come to work every single day.
