Pros
This company is really good at developing you as a professional and the fellow recruiting team is great. That is about it...
Cons
The biggest obstacle in your job is the company itself and its system that is "proven to work". It doesn't work, they basically want you to work all the time (inside and outside of the office) and overkill your hiring so that something sticks pretty much. Management pretty much forces you to act happy or else they see it as having a "bad attitude", so god forbid you mention anything that even remotely sounds like you are frustrated or unhappy with the role. They try to make you feel like they are listening to you and want to help, don't buy it. They try to promote too quickly which results in Account Managers not being ready for their jobs, and when things go south they blame the recruiters even though a lot of the job is completely out of our control. This isn't the worst job to get into, but be extremely cautious about who you open up to in the office, especially in the Orlando office.
