Pros
Young comany culture, working with peers Recognition when you do a good job Building relationships with different types of people Helps to quickly develop professional communication skills Opportunity to work independently with a lot of responsibility
Cons
If you do not want sales, you have no opportunity for growth If you are not a direct producer you are not valued equally When you do get promoted, your responsibilities double and your salary increase is bascially the 3% cost of living yearly at other companies When you recruit for great companies, you realize how below average the company is in terms of benefits and work/life balance. You will work 10 hour days and be expected to work from home every night for free, you never get paid for any overtime (thus current class action lawsuit)
