Pros
Fast-paced, churn and burn recruiting environment with a bull pen. Great place to learn the recruiting basics. Fun people to work with (pending office location). Big client base -- national service level agreements plus local clients as well.
Cons
sales driven organization -- not a lot of career path options for those that want to just recruit instead of going into account management (at least for the APS division). Lots of recruiter turnover either due to retention or through promotion into sales. New recruiters are typically new grads, so the training cycle starts all over. Maturity of bull pen is typically low due to hiring young eager folks. b/c they are a sales driven org, compensation for recruiters is lower. quality of recruiters and placement also is decreased versus other firms that aren't as churn and burn. It's a headcount came of placements.
