      Nothing but a mistake and lesson to learn.

      Cons

      Very bad management, no clear direction, no promising future and had a massive layoffs. Don’t count on long term employment unless you have very good relationship with managers.

      Very bright and enthusiastic cross-functional team with a lot of experience in advanced tech. Good work-life balance, with allowance for hybrid roles. Complex and engaging work on an advanced application of robotics tech.

      Cons

      Some sudden changes in direction, but this is normal for a younger company.
