Pros
I was in retail for around 12 years and Aesop was by far the best place I worked. The company treats you very well with heaps of free product, wellness leave, social events and comprehensive customer service training that is helpful both personally and professionally. Everyone who works there is truly a kind and caring person. Even when head office comes into store they don’t make you feel intimidated or stressed like many other retail places (especially in cosmetics).
Cons
In our store we never had enough staff which made things stressful when things got busy. Also if you work within a Myer it can be hard dealing with Myer management, but at least Aesop advocates for its employees.
