Pros
People are friendly, thats it.
Cons
My experience with this company has been disappointing due to several critical issues: Low Starting Salary: It's considered normal to start with a salary below 4,000 SAR, with no clear path or range for salary growth. False Promises: I was promised salary increases even before joining. After two years, they actually increased it but it never come close for the position salary in other companies and it is normal to have a teammate with the same experience and position who have more salary than you. Also for salary increasment. No future with them. Unclear Responsibilities: Employees are expected to handle everything regardless of their role, with no proper job scope. Lack of Support for Saudis: Although the team is mostly Egyptian (which is not inherently negative), there is a clear lack of support or prioritization for Saudi nationals. Bonus System is Deceptive: Bonuses are frequently promised but never delivered. When the time comes, management always finds excuses to withhold them. Unqualified Management: Several managers lack proper leadership skills and professionalism. Toxic Environment: The branch I worked at is filled with relatives and friends of the CEO, making it difficult to integrate and work transparently. No Training or Development: The company does not invest in employee development or training programs. Poor Health Insurance: The medical insurance provided is of low quality. Ineffective HR: The HR team is largely inactive or unavailable. Some branches, including mine, have no dedicated HR staff, which causes disorganization and a lack of accountability. Conclusion: This company feels more like a trap than a growth opportunity. Unless major changes are made, I would not recommend it to job seekers looking for a stable and professional
