10% of the employee's are wonderful to work with generous pay , but zero raises while Execs take extravagant trips CFO makes up her own rules and HR lets her do it
Cons
backstabbing, lying, managers who run great people off solely because you do not fit into their mold (which isn't much unless you weigh 250#'s and say yes to every single thing they say). They will use your ideas and call it theirs.
