      Flexible schedule, good salary, owners are good people and colleagues are great to work with.

      Cons

      New leadership team speaks out of the sides of their mouths. The owner has great beliefs and business acuity and the leadership team says the same things as him but does not follow through with their actions.

      Pros

      Flexible and remote work. It's a great place to work since you communication is great and you can work when you like. No 9-5 law! and you can do 100% remote from anywhere as long as you deliver.
