10yThank you for your review. Here at US-Reports one of our biggest priorities is providing the best service to our customers. One of the ways we help achieve this goal is by providing our clients with the most equipped employees. A challenge we face regarding this issue is having people work for US-Reports as Independent Contractors and not Employees.
Per Government regulations, Independent Contractors are responsible for their own training, benefits, reimbursements, etc. We provide resources for these hurdles, but leave the rest of the mandated responsibilities to the Independent Contractors.
One of our initiatives for the next few years is hiring on more full-time employees to help overcome these issues.
