Boss first feels like supporting but in reality not. People got promoted based on how much you perform in prayer meetings Company run by prayer group people Join the prayer group for your success Bad work culture Flexible timing that means you have to work from 8.30 to 12 night and it varies No benefit if you work till 12 night and in sunday also here it is considered as normal work. Learning is nill, salary is less. Racist people and also sexist mentality Overall i rate negative for this company. Please dont waste your life here if you got placement here Don't know about sales But the employee turnover is high People are leaving the organization without even completing 1 year Job security also not there. Taking a break during the work hours is a crime.
