Incredibly collaborative team. Lots of cross-departmental work and appreciate how dedicated everyone is. Lots of encouragement from managers/leaders.
Great working culture. Everyone's encouraged to share any ideas they have without worrying about being ridiculed. No pressure on specific working hours as long as projects are being delivered. Not expected to respond during off-work hours

All the pains that comes with a startup. Getting used to fast pace of learning new tools, procedures, updates, and etc. But this is just how startups are. Nothing else bad to say
