Supportive management, great coworkers , comfortable environment and trusted to handle your job but help if you need it, really great work life balance and no unattainable metrics

Smaller company so volume can be high, but not much more than any other big carrier

It's a small to moderately sized insurance company where the President can walk by your desk and drop a quick hello. He's very nice and so is most of the management here. Some of the most senior people have been working there for upwards of 20+ years so you know they take good care of their folks.

I've heard some complaints about management of the claims department so maybe steer clear of that department.
