Tough work life balance I found

The Dallas location is a small piece of a larger agency. A great effort is made to make sure they are part of the full team. Being a small office, it's easy to communicate with the full team as needed.

From a culture perspective, outlying offices are made to feel part of the whole, but from an upper management perspective, when your manager is at corporate - it's out of sight, out of mind. It's easy to be not included and/or mentored as an employee should be.
