Pros
1) Teammates: Smart, engaging, and friendly. They are the type that will smile or laugh midway during a conversation or discussion of a difficult problem seemingly because they enjoy what they do.
2) Company growth: It's pretty exciting hearing of really big companies partnering with Agent IQ and the interest from many others. It's difficult to see the company not becoming very large in the near future if we continue executing the roadmap.
3) Career growth and ownership: You will probably feel like you're working from the frontiers of your knowledge and naturally expanding it. You see your work in the product and feel like it is imprinted with your identity.
4) Work/Life balance: Unlike many startups, engineering work hours are flexible and about ~9 hours/day. You will likely maintain a satisfactory work/life balance. There's a general sense of comfort that you're being taken care of from small things like "oh the water kettle broke, don't worry another one is already coming in tomorrow," to "oh you want another drink? Here are two more!" to "oh your laptops are not fast enough? Here are your new Macbook Pros!" However, one of the exceptions would be...
Cons
...the lack of a good activity for breaks (e.g. ping pong table). Cornhole can only take you so far.
