Mentors are incompetent and demanding No proper communication as always, ops aren’t open to answer critical questions. Not open for any feedback. Anti-agent company. Most of the ops members came from one BPO company(Teleperformance) They kept on promising additional incentives but none of those was given to the agents. Only ops members and incompetent mentors are benefiting. There are fewer employee benefits. Fixed salary- as per the contract 30k/month but the weekly salary is ₱6923. Queue is always unpredictable Crab-mentality is really rampant Connivance between ops and incompetent mentors Do not value hardworks of agents being their front-liners. Agents worked really hard for their scores FOR NOTHING. Incompetent trainers. Incompetent WFM’s Incompetent PLM’s(not open for any feedback and autocratic).
