I work in Agero's corporate office in Medford, MA. In addition to the corporate office, there are multiple contact centers across the U.S. and Canada.
Agero has been around for almost 50 years and is $1 billion in revenue. Because of this, it is established, has great resources, and is an industry leader. While some established companies become complacent, from what I've seen Agero's leaders and employees keep a "start up" mentality.. meaning they are constantly trying to improve and be innovative.
I also really enjoy everyone I work with in the corporate office! People are willing to lend a hand and get you through your first few months while you adjust and learn the ropes. It's a great team to be a part of!

The company is going through an exciting digital transformation. Naturally that comes with some speed bumps while we look to make improvements across all departments to improve processes.
