Thank you for the feedback! We understand - mandatory over time can be tough. It's important to keep in mind that mandatory OT is driven by increased call volumes and the ever important need to make sure Agero is there for our customers in their time of need. That being said, if there are specifics to your situation where OT is creating a specific conflict, please make sure you speak with your manager or HR - people who are in place to listen and help manage the issue.
