Pros
There wasn't many pros working for this company. There were some nice/interesting individuals but that was really it.
Cons
There was no flexibility and the upper management team had terrible leadership. The negative reviews on here are true, don't be fooled by the positive ones that were posted to help the CEO secure another round of funding. There was no direct vision either--the priorites were all of the place and the CEO was grasping for straws in order to build a successful business.

Supportive team with strong collaboration culture. Worked on meaningful projects with modern Android stack including Kotlin and scalable architecture. Good exposure to real-world problem solving and ownership of features. Leadership was approachable and encouraged learning and growth.
Cons
Occasional ambiguity in requirements and changing priorities. Processes can be improved for better planning and communication across teams. Limited structured career progression framework.
