Pros
Being a product development student organization, I was able to learn from so many people in a cross-functional environment. I liked how a lot of our product stages are based off real life strategies, which means that the work we do is basically the same as working in a company. So we are like a startup on campus.
Cons
It is a scrappy club, I won't lie, there are a lot of inefficiencies with completing work on time and meeting deadlines. But we are all students so it makes sense.
