-choose days you work and shifts -decent amount of downtime -chill enviornment -good beginner experience -can work from home sometimes

Cons

-limited growth opportunities -can only do minor technical troubleshooting, real work is done by tier 2 techs -more of a customer service role than an IT role

Pros

People are ok, but really not a lot of pros

Cons

Inconsistent projects i.e. changing from project to another project and very little promotion from within. If you want to move up stay away from this place.
