Cons

Merry go round of staff, especially in Sales. Lost some large customer contracts as mainly staff augmentation. Lots of bench time. Poor CEO leadership

2 days a week in the office.

Really wish I could give this one star. I was unsuccessful in post but asked to do a 3 month contract whilst waiting for the successful candidate to complete her notice before joining. I should have seen this as a red flag but decided to help out. I lasted 3 weeks and the new joiner has also since left during probation. I think a total of 5 HRBPS had joined and since left in the space of 3 years. Massive warning signs! Absolutely terrible experience - the first time in my career I had walked from a role in less than a month. Unfortunately this was not taken seriously by the CEO so for anyone applying to work in the people team, please don't. I heard discriminatory comments about a fellow colleague who had returned from work from mat leave, comments to myself asking me if I had any common sense and contact bullying and degrading comments about other team members. Manager would evaluate team using the CIPD model - no innovation, forward thinking leader has used since the late 90s! Really odd office location, reminded me of a estate agent and need to pay for parking as its the centre of MK.

As part of this, new People leadership was appointed in March 2025. The short-term contract referenced was clearly communicated as a temporary arrangement to support the business during a transition period. As a growing consultancy, Agile continues to evolve to ensure our teams, leadership, and ways of working remain aligned to the needs of our people and our clients. We are proud of the work our People team delivers today, partnering closely with the business to provide pragmatic, commercially aligned solutions. The experience outlined in this review does not reflect the feedback we receive from our employees or the wider organisation. While we respect your perspective, we do not believe this review accurately represents Agile as it operates today.
