Pros
New employee. Note that these are my observations from the experience that I have acquired so far personally, as I try to avoid subjective judgment and perceptions or situations that other employees may experience or be in. I had worked for a different company in a similar capacity, also in IT, a few months before joining this company, so I have fresh material for comparison. Agile IT has an excellent on-boarding process and offers thorough training, whether it's online or peer coaching, as needed, for new employees. The CEO and co-workers are ready to help, when needed. Openness and clarity as far as the local processes are helpful, too. Communication to employees is mostly clear and to-the-point. Employees are encouraged to take company-evaluation surveys, and they actually get feedback on the surveys they submit. So far, Agile IT seems to be an exciting place to work, with the management focused on the satisfaction of the clients and the well-being of employees. Oh, and free lunches once a week, free coffee/tea/snacks and being able to bring your dog to the workplace are great add-ons!
Cons
No major cons--at least, none so far. If I have to nit-pick, I would have liked a couple of on-boarding-related things to take less time (like getting an access card to the office), but I really can't think of anything else to put here.
