The diversity here is amazing for a small company in Omaha, NE. Everyone is very accepting of others and there is always something fun to learn about each other. The empowerment of the employees is unrivaled. We make our own decisions based on our knowledge and research. There are no micro managers at ATI. There are so many things to contribute to in helping this company grow - it's been a great ride! We're a family here and our lives outside the office matter just as much as our work in the office. The ability to do your work, without major instruction, and still be there for your kids is so refreshing.

We are growing very rapidly and constantly make changes so if you like mundane routine or straight courses, this is not the place for you!
