Pros
I’ve been feeling a friendly atmosphere since my first day in AgileEngine when I received a newcomer box with presents. My colleagues give me necessary support and I like working in such a close team. My team lead is interested in what type of work I’d like to do and gives me constructive feedback after its finishing. I have a task choice and ability to plan work time by myself. I got new skills here and have a feeling I’ll be able to grow professionally and boost my talents.
Cons
I work from Lviv, here is a new AgileEngine office, and I didn’t meet my colleagues from Kharkiv and Kyiv in real life. But it’s not a problem to communicate with them in chats and during daily video calls, and there will be opportunities to visit offices in other locations.
