Pros
People are nice and love to share their knowledge to the younger workers coming in.
Cons
No room for growth and managers don't seem to want to grow their employees despite the age gap. Mentoring is almost non-existent and development conversations never happen despite your efforts to have them. Managers are very unknowledgeable and are making wrong decisions and prioritizing the wrong projects because of it. Intern & new hire on-boarding is complex, confusing, and the social networking activities are very dull, unhelpful, and poorly organized.
