Pros
Over the course of my career I've worked for a handful of SaaS companies, and here's what I've come to value most about Agility: - A variety of work-life balance measures (ex: Flex Fridays, Holiday shut down etc.) - Dedicated and long-standing engineering team, leading to an agile, competitive and modernized product (inclusive of AI integrations) - Fully remote work - Good/genuine people and culture
Cons
- Certain benefits could be improved (Dental - Major Ortho for example) - Remote work while beneficial, means less face to face interaction with peers. Regularly scheduled (quarterly or twice yearly) "summits" for the broader organization would be a nice addition
